Locked out of the house--again

March 24, 1982 Excerpt from journal "...I locked myself out of the house by accident--David had to come home and let me in."

I wish I could blame it on Gordon this time, but I had apparently had the backdoor locked when I stepped outside for just a minute, and closed the door behind me. When I couldn't get back in, I was absolutely panic-stricken because Karren was in the house alone. Fortunately, David's office was just a mile away, and he got the door open before anything serious happened. As far as we can tell, Karren was unharmed by the experience.
