No Time for Breakfast

David started Cyma in 1980, and worked long and hard to take care of us. I hoped to send him off with a good breakfast every day, but eggs over-medium, hash browns, bacon & toast took too much time when he was in a rush. Often he ran out the door without a bite. After a while I reasoned that there was no point in making breakfast for someone who wouldn't eat it, and I dropped the full American breakfast from my cooking repertoire.
